What if I am late paying my rent?<\/h4>\n
Rent is due on the first day of each month. Any payments received after the 5th of the month are subject to late fees. No personal checks will be accepted after this date. All rent must be paid via Money Order or Cashier\u2019s Check. Please refer to your lease for late fee amounts.<\/div>\n
