Rent may be mailed to our office at Golden Assets &amp; Property Management, LLC, or it may be delivered directly to our office. Office hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except all major holidays. Note: We accept money orders, personal checks or cashier\u2019s checks, ONLY. A copy of the key must be given to Golden Real Estate &amp; Investments, LLC upon completion of the lock change.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_toggle][et_pb_toggle title=&#8221;What if I get a pet after I sign the lease?&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;3.0.72&#8243;]<\/p>\n<div class=\"faq-answer\">\n<p>First, you must call Golden Real Estate &amp; Investments, LLC. to confirm that the owner of the property will allow a pet. Next, you must fill out a pet application and must receive approval prior to accepting the pet. If approved, we will collect a $250.00 refundable pet deposit for each approved pet.
